The Centeron LevelTrack Radar Monitor is rated for applications requiring ATEX approval, so you can be sure it’s safe to use in demanding remote environments. The Centeron LevelTrack monitor is paired with a BLE satellite communication device providing global communication capability. With this global capability, the solution is perfect for locating the asset being monitored. Encompass Radio Frequency Monitors
Schneider Electric has 3 types of RF tank level monitors applicable to the petroleum market —RF Radar, RF Float, and RF Pressure monitors. Tanks from 2 ft to over 50 ft deep can be monitored. All RF Monitors are intrinsically safe with UL 913 and CAN/CSA C22.2 No.157 certifications for use in Class I, Division 1, Group D hazardous locations.
RF monitors support automatic fill detection. The new RF protocol has built-in features to improve wireless network performance. Detects set-point crossings quicker and supports new “poll now” feature by checking tank levels as often as needed.
Each monitor features easy installation, a rugged enclosure, and long battery life to deliver excellent performance. Level set-points, alarms, and schedules can be set in WebView and passed down to the monitors.
‘c’ Asset Trackers
Designed for the intelligent management of fixed and mobile assets, the SmartOne C is a practical solution for inexpensive tracking of bulk containers, vehicles, trailers, portable equipment and other outdoor assets as a solution to improve operating efficiency and security. The battery powered SmartOne C can also be line-powered. When using line-power, the user has maximum flexibility in messaging frequency allowing for regular monitoring of asset location. It can also report switch events such as a gate opening and closing. The SmartOne C utilizes motion sensors, comparative GPS positions and custom configured sensors to gather and transmit asset status information. Each unit is configured to track its’ assets’ specific needs and provide intermediate and emergency alerts by email or text.

Max Satellite Monitor by Maxquip
Currently in development, we are excited to soon launch the The Max Satellite Monitor by Maxquip! Combined with the SmartOne S, this tank monitor device will take remote monitoring to the next level in performance and reliability for remote measuring and reporting of Propane, NH3, Fuels, Lubes and Chemicals. This solar powered combo with optional mounting solutions make installation quick and easy. The Max utilizes Globalstar’s LEO satellite system for use in over 90% of geographical earth. One monitor will fit a variety of applications. The Max Satellite Monitor features include GPS tracking, real time calendar synchronization, set point level alerts and field selectable intelligent adaptive programming along with multiple sensor inputs. Fuel/Lube Swing Float Gauges
The Rochester 6500 Series Senior gauges are designed for use in low pressure tanks 0-25 psig [0-1,7Bar] containing diesel fuel, gasoline, fuel oil and lubricating oils. Used in many applications such as construction equipment, stationary generators, boats, farm equipment and home heating.
Rochester Fuel/Lube Spiral Float Gauges
The brass and stainless-steel construction of the 8200 Series spiral gauge makes it suitable for use in marine applications and in measuring levels of water, oil or fuel. They are also used in a variety of construction and maintenance vehicles such as road sweepers and water spray trucks.
Maxquip provides Adapter Kits for our industrial uses which include a NPT Adapter, Gasket, Remote Ready Dial and Bolts for use with select Float Gauges. These kits are unique to Maxquip!
Remote Ready Switches/Sensors
The Rochester Remote Ready Dial, R3D®, is a magnetically-driven, Hall Effect sensor for use with a compatible dial. Dials are utilized on stationary applications where direct reading plus an electrical signal to a remote fuel level monitor may be required. Models are available to fit all Rochester Junior and Senior liquid-level gauges.
Remote Telemetry Bluetooth Transmitter
The Rochester R3T Wireless Transmitter provides on-demand digital display of tank levels to hand held devices. Compatible with Rochester RoughRider® Magnetel® & Taylor RoadMaster (built after 2003) 4” R3D® Dials. The Rochester R3T App (available to download on the App Store® or Google Play®) displays current tank levels on all Rochester R3T enabled gauges within RF range of handheld device [typically less than 100m (300 ft.)].

The ASKW series compact polycarbonate receiver units are easy to install and offer up to 8 channels of bulletproof control. The industry standard in petrochemical applications which includes refined fuel trucks. This delivery control system has a range of up to 1000 feet and a battery life of 300+ hours continuous transmission. Complies with US and Canadian DOT requirements for “Off Truck Remote Shut Off”.
E-Stop Wireless Shutdown Systems
The BASE E-Stop Wireless Shutdown System eliminates expensive explosion-proof hard wiring and conduit. Specifically developed to eliminate costly hard wiring of typical fixed location emergency stop switches and to provide an operation with radio remote E-Stop mobility. Any number of wire remote E-Stop switches can be installed within the facility and communicate with one or more receiver/controller units. These wireless Emergency Stop systems will work in conjunction with all existing, hard-wired, manual E-Stop switched and safety controls.
